[As with the weeks before, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to something resembling normalcy with shocking efficiency. The second floor rest area and Adventure Zone Death Orb Room are spotless again, the demon glitter has been vacuumed, the deflated orbs have been replaced. It's like none of it ever happened, like three more friends aren't dead and stored away in the guest house morgue.

There's a new floor to explore, their "reward" for a job well done.]

I'm good! [Her voice is a squeak and she's gripping the rail like her life depends on it but heck if she's going to back out of this.] Nothing broken, nothing bruised, I'm cool!

Innit a wild ride? Glad I thought of it. Everyone needs something recklessly stupid today. You ever have slip'n'slides as a kid, or uh...was your place too aquatic growing up?

Too aquatic. But one time in college someone made one in the hallway and that was just a smidge less stupid than this. [Time for take two- she pushes herself away from the wall and, with a lot of waving her arms for balance and with the trembling knees of a baby deer, manages to slide across the room without falling on her butt.]

Whoo, nailed it!

If there's one place you really shouldn't but totally should do stupid shit like that, it's college.

Look at you go! [He pushes himself in her direction, doing a spin along with it because he's a showoff.] Pretty sure a lower center of gravity's key. But it's also fun just to slide right into some pillows face-first.

Uugh, I miss college. I only had to deal with all night study sessions and Bofanerans trying to buy me drinks instead of homicidal AIs.

[She throws her head back and laughs for, what feels like and probably is, the first time since Tuesday's competition.] Wow, showoff! [She lets go of the rail with one hand and reaches out to him with it.]

[motherfucking_ghost]

[She catches him by the arm during his spin and makes his balance wobbly. At least the spin has stopped, but if she keeps hold of the rail, he might just end up with his feet sliding out from under him. No traction here. It looks like one of those hilarious dances people do when they hit a patch of ice, and they are Schroedinger's cat, both about to stay on their feet and about to hit their asses on the pavement.

It involves a lot of flailing, but one-sided flailing given her catching him in the first place.]

[She's not letting go of the rail but she's also keeping a tight grip on his arm with her toes up against the wall for support. She watches his flailing for a good minute with some amusement before giving him the little extra pull and swing he needs to get to the wall beside her so that he doesn't make a complete ass of himself.

Just half of one.]
