[As with the weeks before, life in the Fantasy Sweet returns to something resembling normalcy with shocking efficiency. The second floor rest area and Adventure Zone Death Orb Room are spotless again, the demon glitter has been vacuumed, the deflated orbs have been replaced. It's like none of it ever happened, like three more friends aren't dead and stored away in the guest house morgue.

There's a new floor to explore, their "reward" for a job well done.]

Man, I... barely remember. That was like almost a month ago - an Intergalactic month, that is, which is like two human years.

But I know one of them died. One of the last two left didn't want to risk anyone trying to force their hands, I guess.

I thought violence against the Overseers was forbidden.

When there's only two Champions left there's not much they can really hold over them anymore, right?

Hah, actually there was an AI on the ship, but her functions were way more limited than PAL.

Also, she was more friendly with that season's champions than either of their Overseers were.

Dramatic irony is the Champion who killed an Overseer getting killed by a Champion when he was an Overseer, wouldn't be?

...Well, given the previous seasons' records of killing Overseers, probably nothing good for me.

...I'm not planning on going back on what I told you before. Getting out of this on my own would be terribly irritating, and I've no patience to hear complaints if we were to leave you and Diver behind either.
