[A little too casual is still better than whatever the fuck yesterday had been. Having Ardyn as a roomie is starting to make it just a little harder to get to sleep, if only because he has no idea what he's going to wake up to the next day.

But he's here, in the bar-slash-karaoke club-slash-apparently a stripper stage, so either he's just exploring and poking around or he's here to actually have fun. Or to make fun of people. Which is still its own kind of fun.]

It's karaoke! [Very descriptive, Church.] It's--I uh don't actually know what the literal translation of the word is. I think it's Japanese? Maybe Nishi would know.

But it's kind of like a party game? It plays whatever music you pick, and it puts the words on the screen to follow along, but the voice is all whoever's at the mic. Good for impressing people who didn't know you could sing. Or for giving them a laugh with how hysterically drunk and off-key you are.

...Gotta wonder, though. [He hasn't played around with it yet, but he might have to now.] You'd think it'd be filled with all kinds of crazy music from the past four thousand years none of us would know, but weirder wilder shit has happened. Maybe they've got stuff from all our worlds.
