[With the introduction to the relationship experiment and their overseeing hosts done with, the Champions are left to their own devices to explore the first floor of the mansion as they please. Cece and Kip will pop-up every once in a while to chit-chat but for the most part they're somewhere inaccessible.

Each morning the Champions are awakened promptly at 7 am by PAL's even, almost laid back voice announcing the time and each evening at 10 pm to announce when the kitchen is closing for the night. Unlike the Overseers, he doesn't seem to be one much for conversation.

When we are attacked by the monsters that have gotten in, concentrating on my staff makes it easier to keep focused.

Monsters, though? Having to deal with that... Your world must be a dangerous place.

Though, for serious fighting, I would prefer to use a sword.

And they can fight them effectively? I wonder, what are the monsters in your world like?

It would be difficult to describe the nature of monsters. There is as much variety among them as other creatures.

Impressive. How capable are you in battle? As a princess, I'm guessing any training you received must have been very good.

...I see. It's as if asking someone to describe animals, then. Tell me one thing, then, and that will be plenty. Are they mindless...?

I'm rather new at it, but I would say I am competent.

...I am not certain. To my knowledge, none of them has ever tried to communicate with anyone.

So now it's just a matter of gaining experience, then. If you ever want to spar, I'd be open to that.

...That is a shame. I hope they truly are just mindless, then, or else that would be worrying. Though of course when you get down to it, things are simple enough. Something attacks and you defend yourself. I suppose it's how life works.

If it were possible to communicate with them, I would prefer to think we could find a way to get along.
