It's supposed to clear your mind... I've never been able to do it, though. I get too fidgety and start thinking of all the other things I could or should be doing. Then I end up running off to do something and forgetting I was trying to clear my head in the first place. So it's not a total success.

Do you need a little more quiet to try again? I can leave for a little bit if you'd prefer to be alone.
