Week 1

[With the introduction to the relationship experiment and their overseeing hosts done with, the Champions are left to their own devices to explore the first floor of the mansion as they please. Cece and Kip will pop-up every once in a while to chit-chat but for the most part they're somewhere inaccessible.

Each morning the Champions are awakened promptly at 7 am by PAL's even, almost laid back voice announcing the time and each evening at 10 pm to announce when the kitchen is closing for the night. Unlike the Overseers, he doesn't seem to be one much for conversation.

Syrup would work. Watering it down a little, adding the syrup then to bring the sweetness back that the water cut out in trying to get rid of some acdity, and maybe some fruit slices. Let it sit for the fruit to really settle their flavor and make like a compote... Ooooh or what if I make it into a reduction along with fruit and make it into a syrup like sauce, you can serve that over ice cream? Or braise beef in it... Dammit, Church, I want to do all of these things now.

[Angel was just about to partake in her own afternoon walk and/or nap in the garden when she, perhaps quite literally, stumbled onto Kip. Partial nudity doesn't really bother her, all things considered. In fact, she's mostly grateful that he's shirtless and not screaming about meat bicycles.]

[The problem was that this man was, supposedly, meant to be something of a romantic partner to not just her, but to everyone else. And Angel wasn't interested in dealing with that narrative, not ever, really, but certainly not in the midst of what was meant to be her naptime.]

[It's... hard to miss the screaming, heard as she was passing by the rest area. She quickly ducked in, anticipating seeing some sort of massacre. Instead, she found the young man doing... whatever it was that he was doing. A frown crossed over her lips as she listened to his words, then shifted over to his side.]

What is a Nia-chan?

Yeah! Yeah, I don't see why we couldn't ask Easy Rider--uh, I mean, Cece--for some supplies. She gets Kip everything he needs. We just have to...get in touch with her. Somehow.

[Sleepovers with Mary had been fun enough, but now Angel was curious to see what a real party was like. For that reason, Angel may or may not have rushed to "the fluffy room" at the designated time.

Mary was fixed with a beaming smile, eyes wide and expression giddy. Angel wasn't sure how she'd managed to luck out in such away, but Mary really was the best roommate ever.

To those she's gotten to know or talked to over the week, Angel sets in with a number of questions -- 'how are you?,' 'how was your week?,' and the like. To those faces she hasn't had the pleasure of getting to know, the siren holds out a hand.]

[Eventually, though, Angel settles down in a pile of pillows and blankets and just... sits there. With all of her excitement and greetings out of the way she... isn't really sure what to do.]

[ Clarith will follow quietly. She's just going to keep her head down. ]

[Ever the observer, Angel quickly became aware of the fact that Clarith was lugging a great number of goods all on her own. As such, she quickly ran after the woman as she headed out on another venture, stumbling only in the slightest.]
