I don't know if you remember, but we met before. I promised Kip I wouldn't hurt you. I'm keeping that promise, no matter how much you'd rather I hate you and curse you.... Thing is, I'm worried about you. Are you okay? You're nothing like the PAL we met back then...

[Pyrrha wakes up... utterly shaken. So many memories and thoughts flooding back to her. She... Oh god, she remembers so many things about Starfield, about the message that appeared on her PIP, finding Blaze's ship, killing Blaze...

They escaped, they actually did it. For a while, they were free.

They flew away from a giant... space thing.

She's in room 1 for a good while, this morning, just trying to process all the new information. On reflex, she attempts to get out of bed and starts collapsing onto the floor from the weight of these thoughts. She settles for sitting on it leaning back on the bed.

Sooner, rather than later, she manages to gather strength and head out for the weekly "new room" investigations. It's better to do it now than later, to get a lay of things... but of all things to find, she didn't think she would find the exercise yard.

Immediately, she stiffens, forcing herself to venture into the room. It's just like before, right down to the twisted, metal pile in the corner that... she spends a good deal of time staring at.]

...They're really trying to break us now. Unbelievable.

[She gives the metal pile a good kick, the pain doesn't make her any less frustrated.

Lastly, she finally goes to the Duty-Free for her things. And... if you happen to hear a very surprised gasp and come running, you're just going to find Pyrrha, in the middle of a bunch of things. It's all very nice looking, but for some reason, she's much more interested in the metal broom she's got in her hands.]

[In Pyrrha's continuing mission to ensure that there's no bad blood between her and others, she finds Xander in here, and... Actually, she's almost as transfixed as he is.]

It's... lovely. Much lovelier than anything we had on Starfield.

[Unfortunately that's not something she doesn't have to think much about.]

There are people that are truly evil-- people who do nothing but bad things and leave destruction in their wake. There aren't many but... the kind of people that would design a game like this-- who'd throw away people's lives... they don't deserve to live.

[He smiles softly]

I... remembered our escape, as I'm sure you did as well. When I took that seat on the Temerity, I was discarding the man I was. I will always be Nohrian- it is in my roots and blood. But I am no Prince. I will never be a King. And any blood children I have will be just that- my children. The only title I accept is as a Captain and Father. No royal. Not Ultimate Champion.

And that man, is more then happy being just that. As long as you'll have him.

[Jane nods. She remembers - the pure euphoria of feeling like the universe was laid out before them, the goals they had, the first taste of freedom...she looks at Xander when he finishes, and finds herself smiling.]

...It's like I said before, isn't it? No matter what you feel like you deserve - no matter how many of us remain - you've got us. And you always will.

[She doesn't know what she was planning to do here-- it wasn't interrupt anyone though. But she's not exactly good at being stealthy. So instead she just kind of stands there awkwardly, knowing she probably wasn't meant to be listening to all this.

Maybe she can just do her own thing back here and not bother him. He deserves this time.]

[Pyrrha was destined to walk into here eventually, and she does right as he's getting down to business. She stops, and watches, until she can't stay silent any longer.]
