[It's been about a week since the Champions woke up in their new consumerist hellscape of a temporary home and, despite a few odd goings on and the bomb incident with Church and Nari, things haven't been as bad as they could be. No one is even dead yet! But let's see how long that lasts.

I won't say it wasn't surprising in the least, but considering our circumstances, it will take a lot more to truly shock me. And while I know it's a difficult situation for you, it is still somewhat of a relief to meet someone else who isn't human.

[ She just tilts her head. Her smile looks a little satisfied, almost and there's something challenging about her expression. ]

[ Choromatsu actually misses the chocolates the first time he leaves the kiosk. He's so used to not getting anything on Valentine's Day that it doesn't even register that there could be anything left for him it has to all be for Noctis Gorgeous Caelum or something. It's only when he comes back after baking to change and notices Noctis' is already gone that he realize the other one... is for him.

And he uh.

He loses it a little.

And runs off looking for Nari.

He makes it to Starbucks, still in his new frog onesie and holding both the chocolate from her and some of his own baking close to him-- ]

[ And then promptly trips and falls face first only a few steps past the entrance.

...At least he saved the chocolate goods by holding them up above him so they wouldn't get crushed. ]

Oh! I have little firsthand experience with mapping, but I may be able to identify the problem now.

[ Yuuri opens her mouth to respond and then finds herself a touch flummoxed when a reason doesn't immediately come to mind. It takes her a second before she can come up with one and then she forces a smile. ]

[Fukawa pushes his way light green bag with a dark green bow. There are a nice collection of chocolates inside; some solid milk chocolate and others with a light minty cream inside.]

[ Though she does look a little bemused by the suggestion ]

I just thought that Fukawa-chan was right. The first week here was awful enough and this one's shaping up to be even worse. But if we all just sit around being miserable then he wins, doesn't he?

[ She doesn't think she has to clarify who he is. ]

If it keeps our spirits up, I think anything's worth a try.

[ She sounds less than pleased about it. Which is understandable, given the machine appears to have just spat out a box of condoms into her hands. ]

Ardyn-san said he'd gotten something of mine from here so I thought I may as well see if they had anything else.

They're actually not very far out from the sort of things people were starting to use back in my time but... I think they're just a bit different enough that it's thrown me off a bit.

[ She lifts the tablet she's holding ]

I don't think I remember seeing anyone with one of these around school. Just their phones.

[ So here's how Choromatsu's day has gone: -baked a bunch of sweets -suddenly receive a BUNCH of chocolate, more than he could have ever dreamed up in his pathetic cherry life -walked in here -realized what was going on -realizes he has a date A DATE IT'S A FUCKING BLIND DATE WHAT THE HELL -quickly abscond to change for the second time that day -pilfer through Moonglow like a maniac so he's not wearing a FROG KIGU on a DATE -eventually come back dressed completely normal but nice So sorry if you had to wait a little bit Pyrrha. At least he's finally here though, approaching the table all nervous like. ] Um, h-h-h-hello... [ what the fuck is he supposed to do HE'S NEVER BEEN ON A DATE... ]
