It's not a question about personhood, Penny. Or being human nor not human. It sounded like, what she was, whatever she was, combined with being chosen for that ridiculous magical war, and what the Grail really was, I don't know that she would have chosen differently. I don't know that she could have. In another time, another place, around different people...maybe. But in a way, it sounds like she was almost destined to do what she did.

Like she never had a chance to challenge her fate.
