Afterparty 2: Drink Harder

[Zombina is upset, but dammit someone has to throw an afterparty so they can wallow in their sorrows together. It looks like she didn’t do it alone this time though, As Osomatsu can also be seen helping make preparations.

The two will be dragging whoever they can to the diner for the afterparty in the diner. There are micky mouse pancakes courtesy of Osomatsu, and various milkshakes. There are two sets of milkshakes, Non-alchohalic, and Vodkashakes, with the tables with them on them labeled. There’s more traditional booze layed out on another table for more vanilla level drinking.

The defaced canvas of Rox from last time is set up again and ready to have anger taken out on it.
The Memorial Canvas has three new names on it. Prompto Argentum, Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, and Slaine Troyard.

Prompto-kun…. I really really liked ya. Thanks for just seein’ me as me. I’ll take care of Yuri-kun now, so just…. Be happy with Lucina-chan in the afterlife, okay? Ya were a real ray of sunshine in this damn place, and the worlds worse off without ya.


Lunafreya-chan, I regret only starting ta talk ta ya this week. Ya were a wonderful person, and did not deserve what happened ta ya. I’ll make sure ta take care of Yuri-kun. I know how fond ya were of him. ‘s like he was your son or something. Just… keep an eye on Prompto-kun in the afterlife for me in return, kay?


Slaine-kun… I wish you didn’t feel swear your loyalty to that damn princess and felt that ya felt ya had ta do this. I don’t like that you were in the army since, what, age 16? ‘Cause of this Count fucker. I don’t think ya’d have done it for anything but this princess. I hope ya apologize ta Prompto-kun and Lunafreya-chan in the afterlife. I guess I’ll have to find someone else to help me build a ramp to jump the pool, huh?

[After making a nice stack of really shitty and probably burnt pancakes, Osomatsu is seen just.. sitting at a table with a bottle of whiskey, mostly. He's not even eating any of the pancakes he made... but that's fine.

He can also be seen at some point wandering to the memorial to write something down, and the only addition is made to Prompto's name. It reads:

"I'm sorry for everything I said... and that it took me so long to apologize."]

[he's tired, everyone is tired. But before everyone has dispersed, in from of the memorial canvas:]

I'm... Not gonna try to say anything big and meaningful. But... Prompto and Luna were our friends. That's all I really gotta say.

And Slaine was too. I ain't asking anyone to forgive him. I'm sure not. And he's dead so how we feel doesn't matter to him anyways. But it matters to us, right? So... Guess what I'm saying is, maybe best to either remember the guy we made friends with.

Or not think of him at all. Either way.

Monday, same place as last time.

[that done he can be found meandering about, drinking a plain milkshake. Later in the night you might find him at the Petuu painting, practicing his knife throwing with some of the lighter kitchen knives]

[Don't mind the zombie plopping herself at the table with an stack of the pancakes and a vodka milkshake.]

[Zombina is going to be moving around all night making sure everyone's okay, so don't be suprised if she taps you on the shoulder.]

[Once she goes out of the room briefly, only to return with her glitter cannon. There's only a brief warning to get out of the way before she fires it at the Petuu Painting.]

[Later in the evening once everything's winding down Zombina can be found guzzling down vodkashakes.]

Think ya can hive her a knife mustache or something? Or maybe we should poke some through the canvas. Give her shark teeth.

[Xombina waves a hand dismissivly as she picks up an knife in the other.]

[With that said, Zombina starts wedging the knife into the canvas to make sharp pointy teeth for shark-chan]

[Penny is again late to arrive, and once she is she's pretty subdued. She's not not eating or drinking anything, as per usual, but she's also talking much less than usual too. Wherever you are in the diner, it's likely that sooner or later she'll approach and sit or stand nearby, seeking company without saying anything.]

[At some point she makes it to the memorial canvas, looking it over and adding two short notes-]

Prompto-
I think we might have been friends, I'm sorry I'm not You were one of the best people here. I don't know what happened or what you remembered last week, but you don't deserve it. Thank you for taking care of the video for me, and telling me about chocobos, and everything.

Miss Luna-
You were one of the kindest people I've ever met. Thank you for being my friend, I promise I won't forget you, ever.

[After a few moments of silence, she does say something, though.]

[She stabbed it last week, but this seems really cathartic.]

[Max doesn't quite make it out to the afterparty today. For most of the evening, he'll be in the art room, working on his portrait of Luna. His eyes are too bright, and his hands aren't quite steady - maybe he should be doing this later, but it seems like it should get done now.

Eventually he will wander out to get a vodkashake and hang out in the dining hall, though. He should...he should be checking in on everyone, not throwing a paint pity party.]

[Catch him if you can, because Kaiba does not plan to stick around. It's a good thing long-ass legs make for long strides, or else it might look like he's hurrying somewhere, huh.

Time, as it does, passes.

And then, to the surprise of everyone including himself, he shows up at the diner. He has a flowy white trenchcoat on now, so, that's a new thing, and he's sporting some athletic tape over his knuckles. Most importantly, despite looking like crap, he sets down a stack of letters on one of the tables. One is still in his hand.]

Prompto left messages in the event of his passing.

[akira snickers, coming over to help]

... This can't keep going on.

[he yanks the knife out of the painting, moving back into position]

These aren't great for throwing, weighted wrong. But that's fine for something like this.

[Max is sipping what does not appear to be a plain milkshake as he watches.]

Nox Fleuret had it. [Ah, so Prompto gets to be Prompto, but Luna does not yet get to be Luna.] She must have figured I was one of the only people tall enough to wear it and kept it.

It would've been a peace offering. Of a sort. I don't suppose she forgave me for my suggestion what to do with the first body. [He's going to stand by 'put her in the freezer' until his dying breath because they didn't know bodies got cleaned up, this is the hill he will die on.]
