[It's your first week here, and you've been offered a fantastic prize for killing someone: an all-expense paid vacation! It's a pretty standard prize as far as reality game shows go.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), this isn't exactly a game show.

It seems that no one has died this weekend, and the deadline for the prize is now expired. There's no announcement from the Overseers to that effect; in fact, none of you have seen either of them since Tuesday. Maybe they'll make a reappearance soon, but for now, it seems that you've got a moment of peace.

[ Why's Chloe out here past the nighttime announcement? Not important. What does matter is she's stunned to see someone else, especially Prompto.

She approaches with a thick illustrative pen in hand. ] Hey... You setting up shop?

[He looks up from a magazine, then toasts her with his coffee.] Hey, Chlo. More like setting up camp, I think.

[He sips his coffee, then uses the mug to gesture towards a seat at his table, if she wants.]

Can't sleep?

Got it in one. [ She slumps down at his table, letting out a tiny hum. ] You're having a stake out, aren't you?

Uh-huh. I'm wondering if the kitchen's closed at night because they use it.

[He sets his magazine down. Ah, looks like a car magazine--space cars, of course. Very The Jetsons.]

...That's a good idea, shit. [ Should she get some coffee? Eh, she will late, she just sat down. ] I'm joining you. Two sets of eyes, better than one.

...I'm...I don't know, really. Spent most of yesterday just trying to get the fuck out of bed. [ It was a bit of a miracle she even made it to the meeting. ]

If you want, I can try to annoy you out of your room tomorrow? But if we're both gonna stay up all night, maybe sleeping in is the way to go.

Nah. That's something Noct would do. I guess I'll either really try to sleep in or see if I can make it to tomorrow night without napping.

She's got these two dogs, Umbra and Pryna, and I'd get to see them all the time because they'd come to Lucis to deliver secret messages to Noct. Ever since they were kids! Well, they're not official. Or actually, I guess they're official, officially, but maybe not official privately? Uhhh, how do I explain this. It's all... political.

[He delivers that in the same tone he'd use to say 'it's all... full of spiders.']

But Noct really loves her. I'm his best friend, I can tell these things. So I know he'd've wanted to make it officially unofficially official once they got married.
