[It's your first week here, and you've been offered a fantastic prize for killing someone: an all-expense paid vacation! It's a pretty standard prize as far as reality game shows go.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), this isn't exactly a game show.

It seems that no one has died this weekend, and the deadline for the prize is now expired. There's no announcement from the Overseers to that effect; in fact, none of you have seen either of them since Tuesday. Maybe they'll make a reappearance soon, but for now, it seems that you've got a moment of peace.

[ Come saturday, anyone who pays attention to others will notice there's a certain someone missing for most of the day—Chitose. She's nowhere to be seen during the day; only appearing briefly during dinner, and not even long enough to finish her meal before disappearing back to her room. (Although, having her fork stolen might have played a small part of it)

But even with that short emergence is enough to tell that she seems rather listless, especially considering how lively she usually is. Despite her sudden sequestering, Chitose doesn't ignore anyone who bothers to knock at her door, nor if they catch her on her way to the cafeteria for dinner or afterwards on her way back. How long she'll talk, however, is debatable. ]

[Knock knock it's knuckles, Unexpected Person is at the door. Sure, Korra will probably show up. Penny, maybe. Yuri? Probably not, but whatever, still possible. Kaiba? Hasn't really spoken much to her, but he's still at the door.]

Karasuma. Don't just hide in your room.

You're being evasive. If you have plans to hide away and pretend the rest of us don't exist, it's not going to work.

[ any other day, she would just close the door in his face in response, but she can't even muster enough sass to do that. ]

Yuri had an idea. [Is it bad to bring up Yuri? Yes. Is he doing it anyway? Also yes.] To hide away in his room as much as he could, to wait out the rest of us until he won by default being the only one left. It's an idiotic idea and I told him so.

So is hiding hoping that everything blows over. Idiotic nonsense. Stand up for yourself. Do something. [You're 22 for god's sake he can't parent all of you.]

Huh, that brat actually has some good idea. [ chitose no you aren't suppose to get ideas ] I don't see how putting myself out there to get killed is a good alternative to staying in my room were I'm safe.

Because I will tell you the same thing I told Plisetsky. If things even were to progress to the point of the rest of us killing one another, someone would be left standing, and you would have to leave your room at some point. Do you want to rot in here instead of fighting for your right to live, work on a way to leave?
