Akande would be one, yes, but he was out cold at the time of the murder. The other two I would suspect would be Rick and Rideaux. They're both obviously well-versed in science, I'm just not sure to what level they know cybernetics.

[Because being from the future doesn't automatically equate to cybernetic knowledge. Soma's from 2035.]
