[It's a new day, and everyone who was sabotaged finds themselves free of the sabotage - the electric locks on Jane's mittens, Lightning's skates, and Xander's spreader bar all come free. Xander will even find a familiar-looking outfit in his closet, almost as an apology for what he's had to endure over the last few days.

But there does appear to be something wet on the floor of the males' side of the first floor hallway...]

[There are no really noticeable wounds under his fur but even with a little prodding around his torso the Doctor will feel some broken ribs.]

[Okay, ouch. Can he tell how badly broken, exactly? Like are we talking cracked or just sort of shattered entirely.]

[Okay, it's practically tradition at this point, and this time the PIP says there might actually be something there, so he's going to check Shadow's hands next. Are the wounds here more obvious, or are we talking more cracked bones?]

[The wounds here are a little more obvious than the ribs. The athletic tape Shadow's been wearing wrapped around his hands is torn and there are some small scrapes on his hands and forearms.]

[The Doctor's going to check those scrapes carefully. Anything in them besides blood and fur? Slivers of glass, say.]

[Okay then, just gonna check Shadow's- ...does he even have fingernails? Claws?]

[Well that makes even less evolutionary sense than the giant double-single-eye thing.]

[Anything else about the body stand out?]

[Not with the body or around the room, no. But there is still the water on the floor.]

[Okay, anything noticeable about the water besides smelling like chlorine?]

[Also because this might be too obvious - is the body itself still wet?]

As for the water, it's weirdly sparkly?]

The glittery water trail looks like it runs from Shadow's room all the way down to the teleporter.]

[So whoever brought Shadow's body back here was dripping all the way from another floor.]

[Since we're looking at glitter trails, any of that puddling water lead off in any other directions besides the teleporter?]
