[Just like the previous week the status quo is restored with frighteningly quick efficiency. PAL still makes the morning and night time announcements through the PIP on each Champion's arm, and still the Champion unitards are freshly laundered and re-hung each morning in their closets. Even the glass roses Choromatsu and Takumi broke after the trial in their fit of anger have been replaced with fresh ones. All signs that there was anything amiss this weekend are completely gone.

There's a new floor to explore, their "reward" for a job well done.]

[ You know... when he'd woken up this morning, after talking with Heart, he'd had some time to reflect. And he realizes... Nari really reminds him of Fiona. Stubborn, loud, but when it comes down to it? She takes care of those she loves.

So... maybe he's still intimidated, but hell, Nari isn't anywhere to be found, and that worries him, actually. So he makes a strong cup of coffee for her. He hesitates, before knocking a couple of times. ]

[There's no reply.

Till there's a thunking noise. Repeatedly. Like something is hitting the door, trying to open it.]

... Stabbycat?

[ Wow, he used his name! He raises his voice a little. ]

Can you, uh... get your owner to open the door?

[High pitched beep! Stabbycat recognizes this voice!

The beeping continues, different pitches heard as it seems to be moving around. There's another thunk at the door before it's opened. Stabbycat will ram right into Rhy's foot, Nari silently watching Rhys for the moment.]

[Suffice to say she looks like she hasn't slept at all.]

[ Rhys winces a little as Stabbycat slams into his foot, but he doesn't kick him away or yell.

Instead, he holds out the cup. ]

I... didn't see you around all day.

[ Fill in the blanks: I'm worried. ]

[Hey, it's not his fault that his person decided to suddenly open the door like that! But he'll putter around your feet. At least his knife is gone when he's in the room.

She stares at the cup before taking it, hands shaking a bit.]

Oh... I guess I thought it was earlier... Uhm, I... I don't think I can make breakfast for everyone today. Sorry.

[ He's almost tempted to steady her hands, but he's not suicidal.

But... wow, she's. She's really messed up. It's like she's been deflated, the fight drained out of her. ]

Hey... it's alright. I'm not here to demand you make breakfast, because literally everyone here can do that themselves.

[ He shrugs. ]

If they go hungry it's their fault.

[She nudges the roomba with her foot, which seems to mean "go back into the room and onto the charger" to him as he whizzes off.]

[ He blinks a couple times. Whoa. Okay. He hadn't expected her to take him up on the offer. He'd hoped, maybe, but. ]

Promise. [ He peers into the room covertly, then looks at Nari. ] D'you wanna go somewhere else? Quieter? If anyone tries to bug you I'll tell them off.

[She doesn't want to bother Queenie...]

She's not in... here's fine. I don't... I'd rather not leave my room. [So she'll move inside, the door staying open for Rhys to follow her in. Nari heads straight for her bed that is covered in blankets and stuffed animals and sits down.] Chair's fine.

[ He slips into the room and takes a seat after shutting the door. ]

... memories. I think..... a few years have caught up with me, even if I don't know if I'm remembering it all in the right way... I think someone is after me. Still.
